Wellness Policy
Staying healthy is important to all of us and recent events have put a spotlight on this topic.- If you, or a family member, are feeling ill in advance of your session, please let me know and we will work to reschedule for a mutually open time. No fees, no worries.
- If I feel ill in advance of your session, I will let you know and reschedule accordingly.
- I do not wear a mask for any session. Masks interfere with my photography and fogs the lens. This means that I cannot wear it properly, requires continual adjustments, and results in touching my face and mask continually. This is unsanitary.
- Before booking, please be sure that you and your family members are comfortable around me maskless for the entirety of your session.
- I will never ask you to share your personal health history or vaccine status, and I ask for the same in return.
- For newborn sessions, I always use common sense germ precautions. I wash my hands before sessions, and during a session if I touch my face. I clean washable props and equipment between sessions. However, I have many delicate non-washable props, especially basket stuffers and head bands. Since I do photography very part time, there are typically weeks or months between sessions that allow non-washable items time to breathe.
